As a member of Equidata, your credit monitoring service will be activated once you select a credit report and monitoring option and complete the order process. Once you are enrolled in Equidata’s credit monitoring service, your credit reports will be monitored daily by Equifax, Experian and/or TransUnion depending on your selection. If there have been changes to your credit report, your monitoring alerts will be uploaded to your online account and you will receive an email informing you that a change to your credit report has been reported. If no changes have occurred during any given month, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that there have been no changes reported.
Your single bureau credit report, 3-in-1 credit report and CreditXpert™ score(s) are viewable online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for up to 3 months and can be easily printed for your records.
Your credit report is generated from information maintained by Equifax, Experian and/or TransUnion and presented to you by Equidata, an approved direct-to-consumer reseller for Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
Equidata utilizes a consumer scoring model developed by CreditXpert™. Your credit score is generated from the information contained within your Equifax, Experian and/or TransUnion credit reports using the CreditXpert™ model.
By submitting the required elements on the Equidata order page, we are, on your behalf, processing your request. You will be asked to verify your identity by answering up to four security questions. In the event you incorrectly answer these questions, you will be provided with a toll-free telephone number and email address where you can get assistance on gaining online access to your credit report, score(s), and monitoring results.
Once you submit the required elements on the Equidata order page, we are charged immediately by Equifax, Experian and/or TransUnion for the services, therefore, we have a NO REFUND policy.
